How CalendarFuel outreach works
A practical guide to client ownership, prospect evidence, approval, and campaign review. Confirm workspace-specific availability during onboarding.
The seven-day trial and 100 researched prospects
What does the trial include?
Eligible companies receive a one-time list of 100 researched prospects based on their customer profile, with profile links, company, role, and fit notes. Research and fulfillment require team review and public or otherwise authorized sources. One trial per company; verified contact details, buying intent, replies, meetings, and results are not guaranteed.
Does signing up start the trial?
No. Signup alone does not start the trial. A card is required when you start a plan at checkout. Review the selected plan, billing period, renewal amount, and trial terms before confirming.
What happens after seven days?
The selected plan renews unless canceled before the trial ends. Starter is $199 per seat per month on monthly billing. Its quarterly option is $149 per seat per month equivalent, billed as $447 per seat every three months. Quarterly billing is a three-month payment, not a monthly charge. See current plans and billing terms and the terms of service.
Does receiving the prospect list launch outreach?
No. Publishing matches does not launch a campaign. Your team reviews the audience and messages before authorizing outreach. Sender ownership, connection acceptance, sending limits, account health, replies, and opt-outs still control which actions are eligible.
Are all integrations available immediately?
No. Email, provider enrichment, CRM/API/MCP connections, support, and credit allowances require team activation and an agreed scope. A feature listed in a plan is not proof that a specific connection is active in your workspace.
1. Set up a client workspace
Define the company being represented, its offer, ideal customer profile, geography, and approved sender. Keep each client’s leads and messaging separate. Account connection and campaign readiness must be verified before sending.
2. Research and qualify prospects
Check current company, role, geography, and the age of supporting evidence. Use original source context for personalization. Profile fit, topic interest, and engagement are different signals; none alone proves that someone wants to buy. Prospects with missing evidence should remain on review hold.
3. Review and authorize outreach
Review recipients, personalization, claims, follow-up timing, and the client’s sender. Campaign approval can authorize scheduled execution under the configured limits. The exact review behavior depends on the workspace and campaign; do not assume every action requires an individual send-button click.
4. Understand connection requests and first messages
Connection-based first direct messages wait until the prospect accepts the invitation. A pending invitation is not a connection. Paid InMail is a separate channel with its own eligibility, approval, and credit requirements; it is not assumed to be part of an ordinary connection sequence.
5. Handle follow-ups, replies, and opt-outs
Review the sequence before launch. Follow-up eligibility depends on the approved campaign, elapsed time, and absence of replies or suppression. A reply should stop a no-reply sequence. Honor opt-outs and keep commercial questions or booking requests in review when an approved response or verified destination is unavailable.
6. Review results with clear definitions
- Invitation acceptance: accepted invitations divided by sent invitations for the stated cohort and period.
- Reply rate: unique recipients who replied divided by unique recipients messaged; report the response window.
- Qualified conversation: a conversation meeting your documented qualification criteria.
- Meeting booked: a verified calendar booking, counted separately from a suggested call or positive reply.
Report sent, pending, failed, and uncertain actions separately. Avoid comparing different clients, periods, or cohorts as if they were the same experiment.
Limits and responsible use
Daily and weekly caps, spacing, account health, sender ownership, and suppression can hold a campaign. These safeguards do not guarantee LinkedIn account safety or business outcomes. Use authorized sources and avoid invented intent or unsupported claims.
