1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalendarFuel (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalendarFuel provides AI-powered sales automation tools including multichannel outreach, lead enrichment, call intelligence, and voice agents. We offer both self-serve software and done-for-you managed services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Scrape, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with Service operations
  • Violate LinkedIn, email, or telemarketing platform terms of service
  • Resell or redistribute access without written permission

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLY)

We target 99.9% uptime. For paid plans, if uptime falls below 99.5% in a month, you may request a service credit equal to 10% of that month’s fee. Credits are limited to one month’s fee per incident.

7. Intellectual Property

CalendarFuel and its content are owned by CalendarFuel Inc. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarFuel’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Data retention after cancellation is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
